In this class you will be making an extraordinary dinner inspired by classic summer favorites – fresh sweet corn, aromatic basil, and seasonal tomatoes! After making a special summer appetizer, Chef Peyton will teach you the techniques to make easy homemade pasta dough. Then the magic begins with using those fresh, local ingredients to create a magnificent filling and sauce for a beautiful & perfect summer ravioli dish. A fresh and fruity mixed greens & citrus salad will be the perfect accompaniment to this amazing meal. Lastly, you will celebrate your culinary achievements with a glass of our featured red or white wine and dessert in our candlelit Vasto Room. Cheers to Summer!

All of Carfagna’s Cooking Classes are hands-on and limited to a maximum of 12 adults. You will work with your friends or other guests in small groups sharing food prep, equipment, and workspace while creating a 3 or 4 course meal. The class instruction lasts for approximately 2-2 1/2 hours, followed by dinner in our lovely Vasto Room or Piazza, as a shared buffet of your menu creations. Plus, you will also be served a light appetizer, or dessert and glass of featured red or white wine. (Nonalcoholic options are also available). All food prepared in the class must be consumed on the premises. Menu items are subject to change. If you have any food allergies, please note them on your enrollment form when you sign up for the class. Classes may be canceled up to 24 hours in advance with no refunds, but future classes may be rescheduled within 30 days or for next class availability. Same day cancellations or no shows are not refundable or rescheduled. Guests each receive a Recipe Packet and a 10% off coupon for Carfagna’s Market (Not honored in Carfagna’s restaurant, bar, or for any alcohol).
Cancelation Policy – We do not offer refunds for any canceled Cooking Classes. Classes may be canceled by calling 614-323-8609, up to 48 hours in advance of the class. Another class may be rescheduled within 30 days, or for next class availability. Same day cancellations or no shows are not refundable or rescheduled, but may be transferred to a friend or family member to attend in your place.
