You will learn the techniques to make a perfect summer vegetable risotto along with a delicious stuffed pork chop and Nonna Carfagna’s unique Caprese salad. For dessert you will savor a luscious Easy Peach Upside down Cake demonstrated by Chef Cindy and prepared with your help. Then you will share your delicious creations on our lovely Piazza where you can toast your new talents and newfound friends with a complimentary Summer Prosecco Spritzer or a glass of red wine. Nonalcoholic options are also available.
