Let’s take an adventure to Sicily!
In this class we’ll be making an extraordinary Sicilian inspired dinner. You’ll start by making Sicily’s famous Arancini – breaded and fried balls of risotto with a stuffed center. Then, you’ll learn to make an easy homemade pasta dough that we’ll turn into stuffed ravioli. You’ll finish your ravioli off with an artichoke sauce that will blow you away! A unique vintage citrus salad, straight from the heart of Sicily, will be the perfect accompaniment to this amazing meal. Then we’ll stay warm and celebrate winter with wine and dessert on our beautifully lit piazza. Buon Appetito!
