Our “Hands-On Activities” are designed for everyone to learn the recipes through a team-building approach. Working in small groups, we build the recipes together and serve the completed dishes “family-style”. We finish each class by enjoying the delicious food we created in our beautiful Piazza.

Join our lead Cheesemonger, Michelle, in a workshop to build your own charcuterie boards. We’ll have a bunch of options of meats and cheeses as well as fun stuff to pair with the cheeses to choose from. We’ll go over some tips and tricks for how to cut the cheese, fold the meat, and plate up in your own way. This class includes a board, so you’ll be able to take home and enjoy your creation!
