Cris Delhavi has the heart of a mentor, the spirit of hospitality and a passion for education. During her incredible 25-year career in hospitality, she’s been a critical fixture at Tales of the Cocktail assembling and managing a team of 75 apprentices, while also serving as Head Bartender at one of Ohio’s rare four Diamond restaurants for nearly 20-years (M at Miranova).
