Our “Hands-On Activities” are designed for everyone to learn the recipes through a team-building approach. Working in small groups, we build the recipes together and serve the completed dishes “family-style”. We finish each class by enjoying the delicious food we created in our beautiful Piazza.

Roman cuisine features fresh, seasonal and simply prepared ingredients. In this class you will learn the Italian methods to prepare traditional Roman dishes highlighting simplicity, yet with aggressive flavors. Then you will enjoy your culinary achievements on our lovely piazza where you will also be served a glass of our featured red or white wines!
For our 21+ classes, toast each other and your wonderful Italian piazza experience with a glass of a featured wine. Cin Cin! Non-alcoholic options are also available.
