Our “Hands-On Activities” are designed for everyone to learn the recipes through a team-building approach. Working in small groups, we build the recipes together and serve the completed dishes “family-style”. We finish each class by enjoying the delicious food we created in our beautiful Piazza.

Cook to impress your family or guests with these easy Pasta & Piccata offerings. We’ll teach you the simple techniques to make perfect traditional Chicken Piccata. Think homemade pasta is complicated? Not with this simple recipe! Learn to prepare the dough and use a pasta machine to roll and cut the pasta, which then takes just a few minutes to cook.
We’ll add the perfect, easy side dish, a quick and delicious roasted broccolini, and for dessert, Almond Tiramisu from our Café Cece. Then you’ll move to our romantic Piazza where you can enjoy the company and this delightful meal with a glass of our featured red or white wines! (Non-alcoholic beverages also available.)
