In this class, Chef Marcia will instruct you in the techniques of making, rolling and cutting perfect potato gnocchi. You will then make a creamy tomato sauce with Speck ( a type of prosciutto), along with a side dish and ciabatta garlic bread. Then we’ll move to our beautiful Piazza to enjoy this lovely dinner from the Trentino – Alto Adige region of Italy. Well toast your culinary success with the perfect wine pairing also from the region, selected by Chef Marcia. (Non-alcoholic options also available)
