Our “Hands-On Activities” are designed for everyone to learn the recipes through a team-building approach. Working in small groups, we build the recipes together and serve the completed dishes “family-style”. We finish each class by enjoying the delicious food we created in our beautiful Piazza.

Class Description:

  • Cicchetti (Italian Appetizers)

    • Burrata, Prosciutto and Fig Crostini, Tuna, Chopped Egg and Capers on Mayo Crusty Bread, Caprese Salad Skewers with Calabrian Clementines
  • Chicken Alfredo Penne with Artichoke Hearts and Spinach

  • Venetian Chopped Salad with Carfagna’s White Balsamic Vinaigrette

  • Traditional Tiramisu from Café Cece
  • A Glass of Featured Prosecco or Red Wine

Venice is located in the province of Veneto, which offers some of the most varied cuisine in Italy and is also the birthplace of Tiramisu and Prosecco! In this class you will experience making Cicchetti, a Venetian tradition of small plate appetizers similar to Spain’s tapas. You will also learn various techniques for creating dishes celebrating the land, sea and culture of Venice and the Veneto region. You will then savor your creation as well as traditional Tiramisu and a glass of Prosecco or red wine on our lovely piazza!

For our 21+ classes, toast each other and your wonderful Italian piazza experience with a glass of a featured wine. Cin Cin! Non-alcoholic options are also available.
