Our “Hands-On Activities” are designed for everyone to learn the recipes through a team-building approach. Working in small groups, we build the recipes together and serve the completed dishes “family-style”. We finish each class by enjoying the delicious food we created in our beautiful Piazza.

Join our lead Cheesemonger, Michelle, in a workshop as we stretch fresh mozzarella in small groups. Learn to stretch like a pro! We will focus on tips and tricks for different shapes of mozzarella, as well as talk about pasta filata (stretched curd), the family of cheeses mozzarella belongs to. You will take home your final creations!
