Our “Hands-On Activities” are designed for everyone to learn the recipes through a team-building approach. Working in small groups, we build the recipes together and serve the completed dishes “family-style”. We finish each class by enjoying the delicious food we created in our beautiful Piazza.

Master the art of roasting fish! This simple, yet delicious recipe calls for Cod in the oven over freshly sliced grapefruit, oranges and limes with fresh herbs & garlic. The Risotto is a traditional style risotto with fresh local corn off the cob, which gives it a sweet touch. The green beans will be your new favorite veggie! We oven roast them with toasted sesame seed oil and soy sauce. Italian Ugly Cookies are made with 3 ingredients (You’ll never forget this recipe).
