Our famous Bone-In Prime Rib Roast.

A Carfagna’s Holiday tradition since 1937!

All bone-in roasts have the bone partially removed and tied back on for convenience while carving.

Please note these are fresh trimmed and tied roasts, not pre-cooked.

Order today and pay in advance to skip the long check out lines!

In store pick-up only, please select your size and the pick-up day most convenient for you. Your roast will be ready any time on your selected pick-up date. Our pick-up hours are 10am-7pm Mon-Sat and 10am-5pm Sun. We close early on Christmas Eve at 5pm.
