All boneless roasts have the bone completely removed. We do not include the bone with these roasts upon pick-up. If you want the bone please order a bone-in roasts, these have the bone cut back and tied back on.

Please note these are fresh trimmed and tied roasts, not pre-cooked.

PICK-UP DAYS ARE AVAILABLE FOR THANKSGIVING, CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEARS WEEKS!

In store pick-up only, please select your size and pick-up day most convenient for you. Your roast will be ready at store opening on your selected pick-up date. Our hours are 10am-7pm Mon-Sat and 10am-5pm Sun.
