Our “Hands-On Activities” are designed for everyone to learn the recipes through a team-building approach. Working in small groups, we build the recipes together and serve the completed dishes “family-style”. We finish each class by enjoying the delicious food we created in our beautiful Piazza.

Enjoy this unique and exciting class as you take part in our 1st Annual Mex-Italian Cinco de Mayo Fusion Cook-Off!
Compete in teams of four, where you will work together to create and cook one-of-a-kind special fusion dish! We’ll provide a myriad of the most popular traditional Mexican and Italian ingredients, including meats, cheeses, veggies, spices and more. Grab a few friends and bring your own team or join other guests for a very lively and entertaining culinary event. We’ll share each teams’ dishes and even have a special prize for the winning team! Our chef will be there every step of the way guiding and offering assistance.

Cocktails and additional drinks are available for purchase from our bar, Bar Saturnino or from our wine shop. Please note there will be a $15 corkage fee on any wine bottles opened and consumed on Carfagna’s premises.
