Our “Hands-On Activities” are designed for everyone to learn the recipes through a team-building approach. Working in small groups, we build the recipes together and serve the completed dishes “family-style”. We finish each class by enjoying the delicious food we created in our beautiful Piazza.

Come to our Parmigiana Party where the menu is all things Parmesan!
Learn the methods and techniques to make traditional chicken parmesan, chicken parmesan with prosciutto, and eggplant parmesan. You will also prepare an arugula and shaved parm salad with a crispy parmesan tuille. We’ll take the party to our lovely piazza where you can enjoy your culinary creations with a glass of our featured red or white wines. Then we’ll finish with a tasting of Bella’s Famous Parmesan Gelato! (It’s so delicious!!)
