Our “Hands-On Activities” are designed for everyone to learn the recipes through a team-building approach. Working in small groups, we build the recipes together and serve the completed dishes “family-style”. We finish each class by enjoying the delicious food we created in our beautiful Piazza.

Join this class where Pizza is the star! You will learn the techniques to make a perfect light and crispy crust then create your own unique and delicious personal pizza with our array of toppings. We also will be making pepperoni pizza boats out of fresh zucchini and traditional pizza ingredients. For a special dessert it’s pizza all the way when you create a beautiful and colorful fruit dessert pizza. We’ll end the class with “Pizza on our Piazza” where you can savor your creations and enjoy a complimentary Italian beer or featured glass of wine!
