Learn how to make beautiful and delicious ravioli from the simple to the sublime! You will start by learning to make homemade pasta dough, then transforming it into 3 spectacular ravioli dishes. We’ll teach you the tips, tricks and techniques to rolling and cutting the ravioli, preparing the diverse fillings and finishing the dishes with wonderful sauces that compliment the ravioli selections. We’ll add an Italian twist to a Greek salad and a glass of our featured red or white wine.
