Our “Hands-On Activities” are designed for everyone to learn the recipes through a team-building approach. Working in small groups, we build the recipes together and serve the completed dishes “family-style”. We finish each class by enjoying the delicious food we created in our beautiful Piazza.

In this class, you will learn how to poach chicken to kick your Summer salads up a notch. You will also learn how to prepare and pair pasta as part of your salad dish, and techniques to create beautiful salads using simple cut and prep methods.
For our 21+ guests, you will also enjoy a glass of a special pairing of Rosé. Salute! (Non-alcoholic options available)
