Our “Hands-On Activities” are designed for everyone to learn the recipes through a team-building approach. Working in small groups, we build the recipes together and serve the completed dishes “family-style”. We finish each class by enjoying the delicious food we created in our beautiful Piazza.

In this class, Chef Marcia will teach you how to make a delicious flaky crust, a decadently-easy chocolate pudding, and fresh pineapple sticks caramelized with rum! You’ll finish your class with carrot cake cookies that you will top with homemade vanilla bean cream cheese icing. These Summer sweets are sure to make it into your regular dessert rotation!
