Join us for this exciting cooking class as Carfagna’s Restaurant and Market celebrates the Tuscany region of Italy during the month of July. In this class, you’ll learn the methods and techniques used to prepare the customary and time honored recipes of Tuscany. Featuring local Tuscan inspired meats, cheeses, vegetables and bread, these authentic recipes with a modern touch, will be a delight!
We’ll feast on our lovely Piazza while savoring a complimentary glass of our featured Chianti or white wine! (Non-alcoholic beverage options are also available.)
