Our “Hands-On Activities” are designed for everyone to learn the recipes through a team-building approach. Working in small groups, we build the recipes together and serve the completed dishes “family-style”. We finish each class by enjoying the delicious food we created in our beautiful Piazza.

Enjoy the unique cuisine and flavors abundant in the American South. In this fun and educational class, you will learn to prepare traditional Southern favorites using multiple techniques with some creative twists!
For our 21+ guests, you will also enjoy a glass of a special pairing of red or white Italian wine. Salute! (Non-alcoholic options available)
Cocktails and additional drinks are available for purchase from our bar, Bar Saturnino or from our wine shop. Please note there will be a $15 corkage fee on any wine bottles opened and consumed on Carfagna’s premises.
