Our “Hands-On Activities” are designed for everyone to learn the recipes through a team-building approach. Working in small groups, we build the recipes together and serve the completed dishes “family-style”. We finish each class by enjoying the delicious food we created in our beautiful Piazza.

If you’re an avid seafood enthusiast, this class will be a delight for you! You will work in teams to learn different techniques for preparing and serving seafood favorites. You will also be mastering a Classic Risotto as well as making Roasted Asparagus. Once all your dishes are completed, we’ll move to our lovely Piazza to savor each others’ creations.
For our 21+ guests, you will also enjoy a glass of a special pairing of red or white Italian wine. Salute! (Non-alcoholic options available)
Cocktails and additional drinks are available for purchase from our bar, Bar Saturnino or from our wine shop. Please note there will be a $15 corkage fee on any wine bottles opened and consumed on Carfagna’s premises.
