Our “Hands-On Activities” are designed for everyone to learn the recipes through a team-building approach. Working in small groups, we build the recipes together and serve the completed dishes “family-style”. We finish each class by enjoying the delicious food we created in our beautiful Piazza.

As you arrive, you’ll be greeted with an Antipasti snack while we begin to cook. Our class will start with fresh pasta dough that will be used to make Handmade Tortellini. This class features the Italian classic risotto done three different ways! You’ll leave this class being an expert in the perfect risotto. As a side dish a nice bright roasted broccolini and save room for a summery dessert, Limoncello Tiramisu!
After we cook, you’ll enjoy your meal in our beautiful Piazza with a paired glass of wine hand selected by Wine Director, Raj Hora.
