Join us as we celebrate the most regulated cheese in the world – Parmigiano Reggiano.
Parmageddon celebrates the King of cheeses – Parmigiano Reggiano and we are thrilled to host this event for the 3rd year at Carfagna’s.
Friday – Samples in the Piazza, Cheese Wheel Pasta in the cafe, food and drink specials at Bar Saturnino, tableside Cacio e Pepe for dinner service at the ristoranteSaturday (the BIG day!) – Live Music, Live Wheel Crack of a very special imported wheel, Samples throughout the Piazza and Market, Cheese Wheel Pasta in the cafe, tableside Cacio e Pepe for dinner service at the ristorante and more! Sunday (the wrap up) – Samples in the Piazza until we run out of supplies. Approximate times each day for activities is 11-4 (with the exception of tableside Cacio e Pepe).
