Join this class where pizza is the star! You will learn techniques to make a perfect light and crispy crust, then create your own unique delicious personal pizza with an array of toppings. We will also be making pepperoni pizza boats out of fresh zucchini and traditional pizza ingredients. For a special dessert, it’s pizza all the way because you’re going to create a colorful, beautiful fruit dessert pizza. Then we’ll put it all together and savor this pizza in the Piazza. You can share a toast with a complimentary Italian beer or a glass of our featured red or white wine. Salute!
