Our “Hands-On Activities” are designed for everyone to learn the recipes through a team-building approach. Working in small groups, we build the recipes together and serve the completed dishes “family-style”. We finish each class by enjoying the delicious food we created in our beautiful Piazza.

One of our most requested classes, making gnocchi, is back!
You will learn the methods to make easy and perfect potato gnocchi. You will also learn the techniques to complete your homemade gnocchi dishes with 3 very popular Italian sauces. An easy Italian chopped salad will complement your meal. We’ll then move to our lovely Piazza where you can toast your culinary prowess with a glass of our featured red or white wines while savoring your meal and enjoying a dessert tasting from Café Cece!
