Our “Hands-On Activities” are designed for everyone to learn the recipes through a team-building approach. Working in small groups, we build the recipes together and serve the completed dishes “family-style”. We finish each class by enjoying the delicious food we created in our beautiful Piazza.

In this workshop, you’ll master the techniques to make easy homemade pasta from scratch. Then you will use a pasta machine to roll and cut spaghetti and fettuccine, along with hand cutting tagliatelle noodles. As a bonus we’ll teach you how to prepare basic red sauce and traditional Italian meatballs.
Then we’ll put it all together and savor this beyond delicious Italian dinner on our lovely Piazza. You can share a toast with a glass of our featured wine! Salute!
