Our “Hands-On Activities” are designed for everyone to learn the recipes through a team-building approach. Working in small groups, we build the recipes together and serve the completed dishes “family-style”. We finish each class by enjoying the delicious food we created in our beautiful Piazza.

This class is for those with a profound sweet tooth who love making desserts! We will be preparing 3 deliciously decadent recipes that are Italian inspired, but not traditionally Italian fare! You will work in teams to create dessert masterpieces including Pecan Mascarpone, Cannoli Cheesecake; Classic Tiramisu; and Beautiful Limoncello Cupcakes with Mascarpone Whipped Cream Frosting. This class ends with a provided lunch of Carfagna’s homemade soup & salad.
For our 21+ guests, we provide a tasting of a featured dessert wine from our Wine and Spirits Shop. (Non-alcoholic options available)
