In this class you will enjoy a culinary experience celebrating the cuisine of Liguria, also known
as The Italian Riviera. You will use native ingredients and methods to prepare a menu of
Ligurian favorite dishes. Then we’ll adjourn to our lovely Piazza where you can savor your
creations and toast your culinary prowess with a complimentary glass of our featured red or
white wine. Nonalcoholic options are also available.
