Our “Hands-On Activities” are designed for everyone to learn the recipes through a team-building approach. Working in small groups, we build the recipes together and serve the completed dishes “family-style”. We finish each class by enjoying the delicious food we created in our beautiful Piazza.

This class will take your everyday recipes up a notch by adding extra ingredients to stuff your food with love! We’ll start with oversized shells filled with mushroom and spinach, finished off with Carfagna’s Vodka sauce – a crowd favorite. We’ll move onto stuffed sweet onions, a recipe your guests will request time and again. Our Italian chopped salad is the perfect compliment to any dish, especially once you add your secret ingredient – blue cheese stuffed cherry tomatoes. We’ll finish with profiteroles, a delicious pastry, filled with salted caramel gelato and topped with homemade salted caramel sauce.
For 21+ classes, you will also enjoy a glass of a special red or white Italian wine. Salute!
