Our “Hands-On Activities” are designed for everyone to learn the recipes through a team-building approach. Working in small groups, we build the recipes together and serve the completed dishes “family-style”. We finish each class by enjoying the delicious food we created in our beautiful Piazza.

We’ve chosen 3 favorites to feature in this special class. You will learn the techniques and steps for making Nonna Marie Carfagna’s Classic Lasagna, an amazing White Vegetable Lasagna, and Mushroom & Spinach Lasagna Roll Ups. Additionally, you will prepare an Italian Chopped Salad. We’ll move to our lovely Piazza to share your culinary creations and enjoy a glass of our featured red or white wines.
