Our “Hands-On Activities” are designed for everyone to learn the recipes through a team-building approach. Working in small groups, we build the recipes together and serve the completed dishes “family-style”. We finish each class by enjoying the delicious food we created in our beautiful Piazza.

In this inviting class based on peasant traditions, you will use fresh, flavorful and quality ingredients to create Italian favorites. You will experience the techniques to prepare a modernized Beef Braciole over a luxurious Parmesan Risotto with Roasted Broccolini. Then you will celebrate your creations on our lovely piazza while savoring a glass of our featured red or white wine and Café Cece Tiramisu. Cin Cin!
