Our “Hands-On Activities” are designed for everyone to learn the recipes through a team-building approach. Working in small groups, we build the recipes together and serve the completed dishes “family-style”. We finish each class by enjoying the delicious food we created in our beautiful Piazza.

We kick-off this fun evening with the National Cocktail of Italy: an Aperol Spritz. You’ll learn how to batch your Spritz’s and take a recipe home for your next gathering. Our cooking starts off with making fresh pasta dough. We will learn how to make handmade tortellini with a classic ricotta cheese filling. Our tortellini will be accompanied by a delicious homemade vodka sauce. Our main entree features a Carfagna Family classic, Italian Roasted Chicken. Your pasta and protein will be accompanied with a bright, and peppery Arugula Citrus Salad. Save room for our Famous Cannoli provided by Cafe Cece at Carfagna’s Market!
After we cook, you’ll enjoy your meal in our beautiful Piazza.
